Build Better Together
Unitywater has a long-term capital delivery partnership for the delivery of $1.8 billion of capital investment over the next five years, to provide reliable water services for one of South East Queensland’s fastest growing regions.
The Project
“With the South East Queensland region experiencing significant population growth, our unique combination of global water and program management capabilities means our team is ideally positioned to partner with Unitywater to deliver critical infrastructure, advance sustainable practices and unlock efficiencies at each stage of the program.”
As part of the joint venture, AECOM will be supporting Unitywater’s five-year, $1.8 billion Build Better Together program. Involving long-term contracts with partners, the capital works program aims to supply critical infrastructure for regional growth while achieving enduring sustainability goals.
The program includes sewage treatment plant upgrades and renewals, network growth and renewals for water distribution, reticulation and sewerage collection, and recycled water schemes.
AECOM will provide professional services across the whole project lifecycle by supporting strategic, long-term and detailed planning. The company will undertake design, technical assurance and construction support throughout delivery, operationalisation and handover.
The Feedback
“4020 Consult prides itself on "Connecting people and projects". However, to the 4020 team, it means more than that. Once you become part of 4020, you are treated as a part of their family. 4020 Consult genuinely cares about your well-being, supported by their WeCARE4U program, and regularly checks in with placement professionals and companies to ensure everyone's requirements are met.
Over the last 10 years, I have worked alongside many organisations. Since 4020 Consult reached out to me a few years ago, I haven't had the need to look anywhere else. Their dedication surpasses my expectations. I look forward to a long working relationship with 4020 Consult and will continue to recommend them to others who are looking for a new placement or a company needing to fill a position.”
